Sand plastic, includes 01A-10861 gasket, 1940 Deluxe. NOTE: This is a NEW 1940 Ford deluxe instrument bezel. The Mold from the Manufacturer made it to where the far most RH mounting post is missing (see photo below) We recommend using a very small short screw in that location
